This free consultation is a space to meet, ask questions, and explore how I can support you on you. I support Life Givers navigating pregnancy options, labour and postpartum support, placenta services, as well as training and mentorship for aspiring birth workers, or birth workers wanting to create a more sustainable practice. I look forward to walking alongside your path, where you happen to be on your journey.

Pregnancy, labour, and the postpartum period are profound transitions that shape not only birth, but the nervous system, identity, and family life that follows. Through somatic coaching, I support pregnant parents to weigh their options, plan for labour, and postpartum families to slow down, listen to the body’s signals, and build a sense of safety and trust from the inside out. This work supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and embodied preparation for full spectrum pregnancy support, birth, and early parenting, offering steady support during times of change, recovery, and integration.
The first consultation meeting is always free, following that sessions are $85.00/hour.

Being a birth worker is a special calling that requires a lot from each individual. Fatigue, vicarious trauma, and overwhelm can be states that every worker confronts, but they shouldn’t be a constant state. Using somatic coaching skills, I will help you to understand the signals your body is sending, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild sustainable ways of being in this work. Together, we focus on capacity, boundaries, and integration so you can continue to serve families with clarity and presence, without being devoured by the system or losing yourself in the process. This work is so important to me, because I know how important you are to this work.
The first consultation meeting is always free, after that the price is a baseline 85.00/hour, with tiered options.

Pregnancy and infant loss can rupture a family’s sense of safety, identity, and future in ways that are often invisible to the outside world. Our birthing culture is only beginning to acknowledge the depth and complexity of this kind of grief, and many families are left to carry it quietly. Through somatic, trauma-informed coaching, I offer steady, compassionate support for those navigating loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, and termination. Trained through the Seeds of Growth Academy, I support individuals and families in gently tending to grief as it lives in the body, honouring their experience without timelines, platitudes, or pressure to “move on.” This work creates space for remembrance, integration, and ongoing life alongside loss.
The first 30 minute consultation is free. Sessions are $85.00/hour following that. For families experiencing hardship, a sliding scale is available.
