Weekly Nervous System Support for Pregnancy & Birth
Monday evenings | 7:00–8:00(ish) PM Pacific time
This is an ongoing, drop-in space for pregnant people (and partners welcome) to slow down, reconnect, and prepare for birth in a way that includes the body—not just the mind.
Each week, we’ll explore a different topic related to pregnancy, birth, and the nervous system. This might include working with anxiety, navigating uncertainty, understanding stress responses in labour, or building a deeper sense of safety and trust in your body.
Alongside these conversations, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible somatic practices—tools you can return to in your daily life and during birth.
This is not a class you need to keep up with.
It’s a space you can come back to.
A place to:
land in your body at the end of the day
ask questions and be in real conversation
build practical tools for regulation and support
feel what it’s like to be held in a steady, non-judgmental space
You don’t need to have anything figured out before you arrive.
While this space stands on its own as support, it also offers a chance for us to get to know each other. If you’re considering more personalized somatic birth support, this is a gentle place to begin.

Come as you are.
Leave with a little more ground beneath you.
